22/04/08 : Centre meeting rescheduled
The meeting called for 24 May to look at options for a new African Caribbean Centre has been moved to Saturday 7 June, from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m., in order to avoid a clash with the start of school holidays and with preparations for Carnival.
Cllr. Tony Page, Lead Councillor for Community Action and Regeneration, who called the meeting, says: “I am gratified by the interest the meeting has generated and very happy to reschedule it to make sure that as many interested parties as possible can attend.”
